Milkha Singh Educational Society was started with an aim to develop healthy & educationally strong atmosphere in educationally & socially backward area ‘Bareta Mandi’ of Distt. Mansa. The area is not fortunate enough as for as natural resources are concerned, it is lagging behind as far as various aspects of economy & society are concerned.

We took our first step of with the establishment of Milkha Singh Educational Institute in 2005 working with a mission to improve educational environment in this area, we realized that condition is worse in case of girls. Therefore we started with a new mission to provide better opportunities to girls.
